For those on the fence - I own this and love.it. Sold my 12" corded Ridgid saw because this saw performed so well.

It's $300 at my local store. I went to see if they had any as Brickseek was showing 2 in stock but they did not have any.

My local store has it but the website and brickseek have it at full price. Will it be different at the store?

Bought this a few years ago for $150 on clearance (was posted, thank u Slickdeals!). Yes, i know, cant go back in time. Mine came with the 9.0ah battery. Barely use my 12 inch dewalt slider anymore. With a lightweight portable stand it is a great option for 95+% of my diy needs. Well worth at the current price imo if u are in the market for a 10 in. Miter. I have the 36v makita as well, its a beast and overall probably a more solid saw but not nearly as portable as this although the kapex style rails are nice to minimize footprint.

If you're in the DFW area (GP) I was able to get one for $300

Geez, $150??? That's insane. I'd be all over that.
