BTW, it is not mysophobia, which is an unnatural fear/aversion to all dirt/germs/etc., to try to protect oneself from a very specific disease. No different than someone saying they would not go on a cruise, because of the fairly frequent Norovirus outbreaks.
Many people understand the chance not being infected by SARS-CoV-2 is in their favor, however many also feel why temp fate, why not minimize it further. I've been driving for 40 years and never needed a seat belt, but I still wear my seat belt.
And which one of us was wishing the virus on the other (explicitly)?
I know, I know, look at the T&C, but many times AE offers have these stipulations, and a single large purchase will qualify for multiple redemptions of the same offer.
