That's $50 statements credits in total.
Spend min $10+ each transaction .
Upto 10 times .
Spend at shop small shops , can buy GC and use it in future
Pls Support local small shops, many people retain their jobs☺️

Amex offering this after a long time may be last time they offer like 6+ years back to use upto 3 times .. best deal from Amex !!

Mostly all cards are eligible- limit 1 per person.

No, they said to contact again after promo is over if no credit. Didn't promise automatic credit. I am not worried. Just such a hassle this time around.

In the past I would go to shop small restaurants and buy multiple gift cards of the required amount. This time its $10 and just pray business does not go under.

If they said it qualified then I suggest to hold your breath and it'll post in 2-3 days.
The transaction goes from pending to posted and then it can take 3 days further for credit to post. How many days it's been since the transaction?

Thanks for trying but I contacted them 3 days after transaction was posted. Not pending. And yes it has been 3 more days since the chat. Not holding my breath. Just hope to remember to call come September. Ymmv.

my guess is if it doesn't post pretty quickly after the transaction is done, it won't post much later down the line and certainly not after the promo is over. you would be calling in manually so they can wait the "allotted" time period. unless there is a problem with the promo and a mass correction or audit is done, can't imagine 9 transactions working within days and one needing until this fall to post. perhaps they are thinking you won't call for just one or two or maybe you make a dozen transactions and you eventually get your 10; normal for a couple of them to fall thru the cracks. you may not need to call unless you think you can get credit for more than 10.
