Dumb question.. I sold my ps4, if I buy a ps4 plus subscription today--thinking of snagging the $30 for 1 year deal--can I add these games to my account without actually having a ps4 physically? (gonna buy ps5 day 1 and I'd love to try rise of tomb raider with enhancements)

Yes. As long as you redeem on PlayStation store account with active ps+ subscription
