Walmart.com has some good pickleball paddles on clearance at low prices:
https://www.walmart.com/browse/sp...=price_low

Some examples:
Wilson Energy Pro (red/black): $20.14
Wilson Energy Pro (green/blue): $30.77
Wilson Surge Pro: $23.48
Gamma Fusion LE: $23.99
Wilson Surge Lite: $25.28
WIlson Profile: $25.60
Wilson Tour: $29.77
Wilson Tour Pro: $29.95
Rally Tyro 2 Pro bundle (2 paddles and balls): $41.76
(This is a crazy good deal on the Tyro 2 Pro bundle, the racket alone ranges from $40-$65 most stores, and the bundle is $130 from Amazon. Wondering if it might be a misprint, but I ordered and will report back if I don't get the correct item(s).)

Free shipping over $35 or free store pickup available.

And maybe 1 or 2 pickleballers got it...but dozens more of SDers now have a pro set for a game they never heard of.

I love pickleball. It's tennis and ping pong mashed together with less running. It's great for older tennis players. SF actually has some dedicated courts. Foster city has some too. It's a nice fun game does give a pretty hard workout haha if you play a couple rounds.

I got my pickleball set off Amazon for $40 a couple years back, it's now $70. Given how much pickleball has grown in popularity, this is a decent deal.

Former HS tennis player, but haven't played in a long time. Still in athletic shape and play sports year round. I enjoyed playing this at my neighbors house and am tempted to get my own paddles.

Which one is good out of these? Wilson Tour Pro? Sounds legit.

I guess a little hurt, I was eager to spend $40 today on something to fill an empty shelf in the basement.

But seriously, no...not hurt, just amused.

pickleballguide [pickleballguide.net] has Wilson Tour Pro as #9 (con being noisy) and the Wilson Surge Pro at #11 (con being chipping/progressive cosmetic issues). pickleball was my favorite PE game.
