Does a TV have USB-C? Does a TV have better color accuracy than this? Stop talking out of your ass.

I got your point, except this monitor only covers 96% sRGB with 1000:1 static contrast ratio at 60Hz, 350 cd/m, pretty mediocre for color, no HDR either. this aimed squarely at stock traders and coders.

for 600 dollars, you could actually buy a TV that has better color: Hisense 55H9F, or 65H9F for 800 dollars.
they are HDR, 93% DCI P3 (remember 100% srgb is like 80% DCI-P3), 120Hz refresh rate, 500 cd/m with static contrast of 6000:1. pretty much destroys this monitor in all color front.



and here is the thing. you could just buy the LG 42 inch monitor for 450 USD at costco that has the same spec (and yes, they come with USB C as well)

I'm guessing this was tongue in cheek, but most TVs don't make good monitors. The subpixel layouts and other factors make using them frustrating. More importantly, this particular monitor can display four inputs at once. It's pretty specialized and awesome.

Make sure you order from Dell Small Business, not Dell Home, as the coupon is only good for Dell Small Business.

I've just tried the coupon again and it is still working.

Just ordered a BenQ EW3280U for full factory list if $800. Seems like it's the best monitor in that price range Almost went with the VA flavor for a 100 bones less.

i actually code on 32 inch portrait (but i do a lot of python so each statement doesn't run very long). i would actually like to have a square display so the main display can be 32 by 32 to match the portrait screens

I have this and the LG 43 4k. Both use same screens although LGs poor design cuts the sides a bit at angle. LG has better speakers while Dell has better ergonomics with physical adjustments that LG does not. Given the price difference I would probably pick up the LG of I needed another one. The Dell is a better buy if you use multiple inputs. I have no problem splitting the screen into six squares and enjoying amazing productivity at 100% DPI.

I received the AMEX email saying I had earned $120 credit if all terms met. It came an hour after I received the Dell order confirmation email.
