As a side note, I'm kinda bummed DDL went out with this role. I didn't think it truly (fully) showcased his skill as an actor, nor PTA as a director. There Will Be Blood is better by a mile.
It actually did, but they've perfected the model to maximize profits. But business will always win.
Spoilers, why I think it's not that good:
Guy is autistic and gay. Girl falls in love with him knowing he's hard to deal with and gay. She poisons him (with intent to kill?); he lives. Then the ending: She poisons him again, he finds out and suddenly falls in love with her because she wants to take care of him so much that she'll nearly kill him?
The ending of him falling in love with this woman was just too far fetched for me to find this movie over-all enjoyable.
I'm not saying you're also a psychopath if you think it makes sense to poison someone so they might die OR fall in love. I'm saying it doesn't make sense to me.
