BUT....
IF YOU HAVE A TRACFONE PHONE# YOU CAN PUT THAT IN ON THE ADDRESS INFO PAGE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A TEXT EVEN IF YOUR ORDER TOTAL IS $0.00; SO YOU DONT NEED TO ADD THE SIM AND/OR PAYANYTHING 😆
TracFone doesnt send a confirmation email right away. They will send you an email when the order ships with FedEx tracking (People have been reporting the sender/distribution sender is reported by FedEx as Ingram Micro).

Only option Tracfone offered was to refund $1.10 or whatever it was, no option to actually get my package, and I only placed one order. I told them that sounded highly suspect, don't buy it for a second, will likely open a BBB complaint. Never received any communication from Tracfone other than email when item was originally shipped. Super shady, BBB complaint and possibly AG consumer affairs complaint with their AG in IL are on their way.
*Called Fedex, just to confirm whether or not Tracfone's claim that they did not request it to be returned was true or false, Fedex of course was able to confirm that Tracfone's claim was false, Tracfone requested the return. Noted the names and rep ID #'s of the individuals I spoke with at Tracfone and FedEx, will document everything and include that in my pending complaints to be filed with the BBB and IL AG.
**Filed complaint with BBB, the office handling it is BBB of Southeast Florida & the Caribbean. I suggest anyone else sufficiently annoyed by their horrible service, lying and arrogance do the same.

Also, does tracfone limit the number of times you can order? Say I want 5 lines can I do 5 different orders?
Update: Got an email today at around 5pm with shipping details. Seems like it worked just fine.
if it doesn't come with 1, can always buy it off amazon. not like i'm using this phone any time soon
