My personal favorite is this one. A bit pricey now but I picked it up for $35 a year ago.

Only has the 4 most commonly used functions imo:
- blade
- scissors
- bottle opener
- corkscrew
This gives the pocketknife a slimmer profile for those who are minimalist or wear slimmer jeans.
I keep mine on my keys as EDC and it doesn't bulge out of my pockets or weigh as much as my old Huntsman II, which was heavy and 50% thicker, filled with tools I never used.
