This is a Rosewill. People today might not know much about this brand, but it was a reputable brand in 2004 now wholly owned by Newegg..

Sold and shipped by Rosewill

Re USBs:
4 x USB Ports
Max Per Port 5V / 2.1A
TOTAL (across all ports) 5V / 6A, 30W

2 power switches- unclear to me immediately what each controls. arrows might indicate they each control 2"faces" of the device

Q:The USB port's specs say the max amperage for all 4 USB ports (U) is 6A and that each port runs at 3A, so shouldn't that mean 3Amps*4USB=12A total?

A: Hi, for this power strip, the max output of one USB port is 3A, and the total output for 4 USB ports is 6A. it can detect the device smartly and provide the ideal charge speed for it and save your time . For example , if you plug one usb device into it , the usb output can be up to 3A (it gives a quick charge for one usb device), and if all usb ports are used at the same time, then the total will be shared by 4 USB ports. Hope it can help you

There are two pairs of USB ports. Each pair is apparently a totally separate device on a separate board.

Each pair can provide up to 3 Amps max, which can be divided up between its two USB ports, or sent entirely to just one of the ports.

They both say 15A/125V/1875W.

The Jackyled one does claim to have 1080J of surge suppression vs 1000J on the Rosewill one. I'm guessing that one of those isn't true and that they're exactly the same model, given that they look EXACTLY the same, other than the branding. I'm sure they're both branded versions of the same Chinese made device. Rosewill is Newegg's house brand.

I'm tempted to get this, but am a but hesitant, since none of the reviews (for either device, including this one on Newegg's own website - with ZERO reviews after being listed there for over 6 months) mentions how effective the fast charging in the USB ports is, and if it genuinely fast charges,

There are literally over a dozen other similarly related products with tons of reviews on the same webpage. Don't see how this product is superior with zero review.

I don't trust surge protectors or wall chargers from the cheapo brands personally, not worth it melting down imo. I would definitely say Rosewill will falls into that cayegory. Their other stuff I have no problem using (ssd brackets, fans, cases) but yea same rule for power supplies.... Not worth it
