So I went back in my email to see why I had originally signed up for an Ubisoft account and I realized it was to get Assassins Creed Unity for free after the Notre Dame fires: https://news.ubisoft.com/en-us/ar...e-de-paris

Did everyone get their copy? I know it's been over a year but I logged in for this and found my account empty. When I go to "buy" the game, it gives me the option which on other platforms (steam/Epic) it would say "owned" or something like that. Am I missing something or did I just not get it? I registered for this one too but who knows. Do I need to download uplay to see it or something?

Check your Ubisoft Club transaction history and see if it's in there: https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US...ns-history

Otherwise, download Uplay and check your Games section, it should be in there, too.

The store page is not a good indicator of owned games, it still gives me the option to buy games I already own. It's not like a Steam store page.

What are you trying to say to him? Stadia's fine if you want to encourage nobody to own their games anymore. I love Google products but will never encourage gaming-as-a-service.

I'm dying to get my email and play this on GFN. I have so many Ubisoft games now due to their decision to support it and I will keep voting with my wallet (and emailing more publishers to opt in).

Gaming as a service will be the future with 5G or Starlink in effect. No costly hardware to play AAA games. VR games will be of high definition and will change the way we play gaming. I am looking forward to either stadia or GFN or any gaming as service. And play whenever or wherever.

That only shows transactions for the points, not purchase history. I think Ubisoft took away the that feature and library list the last time they revamp their site.

It looks amazing with the ultra HD textures pack if you have the computer and 4K monitor to power it. Come across some moments where the views are fantastic and the online hacking game can be really fun. In addition to that there are a lot of side events you can do that are pretty enjoyable. Well worth a look.
