I really want this, drone video is so dramatic but there are so many restrictions, can't take them to 20+ countries, heck even in the US can't take to national parks, it would just become a VERY expensive toy. Do your homework before buying, otherwise this is an amazing deal.

I am disappointed that they don't include the propellers guard in the combo version after charging almost $1000 after tax. These plastic guards cost less than $5 to make. They are useful to fly indoor. I used them alot for real estate demo clips.

Yup i did this, sold my Air 1 non-combo on Offerup for $600 and got the Air 2. I think it is a good upgrade with better hardware, longer range, bigger battery, lower noise. My only complain is no propeller guards, even Air 1 non-combo has propeller guards included

I assume you use a drone for stabilized video, no? Why don't you just hold the drone instead of fly it indoors?

The restrictions that DJI (not the FAA, but DJI itself) places on their drones are overbearing. You have to request to fly and wait every time you take it out.
