How is this better than other simple safety glasses which are selling for less?
And what's the regular price for these?

These have yellow accents... clearly worth the extra cents. I need a pair, so for $3, and no time to find a pair, and free delivery to my doorstep...I'm in for a pair. Thanks OP

These look like the 1.49 glasses I get at tractor supply but with yellow crap on them. Honestly you can get polarized ones from Grainger for this price

Why dont you get a face shield? It protects the entire face too. Yes, it probably costs more though.

I have the HF glasses and I have these. No groundbreaking differences. These are a bit more bendy and tend to fit me better. The lenses don't seem to scratch up as easily but this is just an observation. Are you getting $1.50-$2 extra of value? No. The HF will get you 90% there. If you want the extra 10%, spend the extra dollar or two.

If I wear this while using my XR, will I look like a real professional contractor?

Bought these the last time they were on SD and I love them. They fit great and I can see out of them much better than some others. A lot of safety glasses cause a distorted view to me. I can see out of these very clearly.

don't try to be a smartass, there a different models better than this, like the ones like look like baseball sunglasses or for shooting range.
Stop reading everything with a defensive attitude. The person was 100% trying to be helpful.
