Gamestop [gamestop.com] has the Gotcha on sale for $28, and then a BOGO storewide accessory/apparel deal on top of that. I just got two for $35 including tax and shipping - just in time for GoFest!

Fortunately, the first one I received worked and I was able to confirm the charging cable worked and get it working with my phone. So when I received the second Go-Tcha and let it charge for a couple of hours, I knew it was bad and the problem wasn't with the cable or anything else I was doing. It also showed the "charging" screen, but goes dead the second I remove it from the charging cable and nothing will make the screen come back to life except plugging it back into the charging cable.
I haven't been able to find ANY way to get support for this device from the manufacturer, so it looks like my only option is to ask Gamestop to either replace or refund the purchase.
