TimeToShade is offering free upgrades from standard Rx to progressive lenses.

Frames start at $29. Name brand frames start at about $40. It costs $30 for standard Rx, but coupon "progressive" takes away the upgrade fee (usually $99) to bump to digital progressive.

I put together a pair of Ray Bans and the total cost was $72.

Can't search / filter by size. Amateurish. And no XXL brand frames.

progressive lenses require another measurement....the location (height) of your eye's pupil. Not sure how you would measure that since you don't have the empty frame. My guess is that they use some sort of "average" pupil height.

Frames have different bridge sizes...to fit wide or narrow noses and if you get the wrong size, the frame doesn't fit your nose...which raises or lowers that pupil height. This site doesn't even show bridge size for each frame.

Good luck on getting wearable glasses from these folks.

Nice, my regular glasses store has not opened yet because of COVID and a lot of these are actually cheaper than Costco, plus with the 10-day return policy seems like a great deal.

For Rx and other custom eyewear (including custom tint, blue light blocking, etc.), you have 10 days to initiate a return. If you made a mistake during the order or simply didn't like the glasses, you can return for a 50% refund (excluding shipping), or for a one-time-use 100% store credit (excluding shipping). SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 10-day return period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge.

Got the deal a few weeks back and the frames were extremely flimsy. I got the same perscription as my current glasses, but their glasses had a serious fishbowl effect.
