Home Depot has the Dewalt 7-1/4 brushless saw with a 3 AH battery and charger combo for $199. This is not as good of a deal that Lowes had during Fathers day but still good for those who missed out previously. Hope this helps someone. Thanks.

Tool: DCS570

This is a better deal if you sell the hammer drill for $100 https://www.homedepot.com/p/FLEXV.../312651030

Just an opinion. I think the previous Milwaukee circular saw and 8ah battery for $250 is better than this one. Just a data point.

Seems OK if you wanted to get started with this. For smaller work, I prefer the 6.5" or the new little Atomic saw. For more heavy-duty work on a 7 1/4", you might want more than the 3AH battery, and for power might want to step up to the FlexVolt circular saw. The 3AH is a good battery but it's been in a bunch of promos lately, so many already might have some of those and extra chargers. So it depends on what you are going to be doing -- trim and small plywood type work, or heavy duty beams & framing, or something in between. This is the "in between" version I'd say.

I personally prefer Right side blade (away from hands). I would have loved a 6.5 inch if it was right side blade instead of left side. And I find Flexvolt / 60v saw to be bulky. Just my 2c.

Looking online you're probably only going to get like 70-80 for this drill.

I think the Zoro deal is still running as well:
https://slickdeals.net/f/14159168-dewalt-7-1-4-in-20v-max-brushless-circular-saw-5-ah-battery-kit-185-52

I wanted to buy the Zoro deal too but was scared away by many not so good reviews. And I was thinking, 180 day returns at HD will cover Black Friday 2020, if something great comes along.

If in need, go for it. Otherwise pass for a better promo deal. They used to have 5ah deals which was better.

Didn't even think about that return window. That just sealed it for me. Gonna go pick it up. There's 1 in stock (just spoke to someone at HD who said they had 1 left and he physically saw it) but I cannot order it online. Will they honor a 20% online only coupon if it doesn't give me the option of purchasing it online?

Edit: And I'm referring to this deal: https://www.homedepot.com/p/FLEXV.../312651030

How did you get a 20% off coupon for Home Depot?

So this is the DCS 570, not the newer DCS 574 (not a flexvolt, just an updated powerdetect model of the 7.25" circ saw that is a bit more powerful).

Honestly, at this price, you should go buy this deal instead:
https://www.homedepot.com/p/FLEXV.../312651030

For $299 (and the 20% coupon works on it, I used one to buy mine), you get the latest and greatest DCS578 (updated) flexvolt 7.25" circ saw which is an absolute MONSTER, with a 9 Ah flexvolt battery, and additionally you get a decent DCD796 hammer drill with another 2.0 Ah battery and the higher amp charger. The higher (6?) amp charger isn't a full on rapid charger, but it is considerably faster than the "standard" black charger.
You can sell off the hammer drill with the extra 2.0 Ah battery for ~$90-100 pretty darn easily, which would bring your net cost down to the realm of this ~$200 deal.

In the end, you get one of the best battery circ saws that money can buy, with a monster battery to go with it.

I'm just a DIY guy, and I know I don't need as much power as the flexvolt puts out, but for basically the same price... getting the better one was a no-brainer.

Just my $0.02.
