At least it has a unifying receiver, but I wish Logitech would stop acting like 2.4G is the absolute best. Is adding Bluetooth that expensive?

I just paid Best Buy $60 for this last week brand new; purchased a refurb via eBay and less than a month into ownership, the enter key popped out and wouldn't go back in. Do you think it's worth buying refurb again?

Other people in the Amazon reviews made a similar comment. Up to you. I think I saw there is a 90 day return policy

Had mine for 3, or so years, with minimal issue. I'd contact Logitech though, they didn't even make me send back the one I broke. Just destroy the keyboard, send a pic, replacement shipped. Or just return to Best Buy.............there's that.....hope this helps!! Peace

I stop buying logitech garbage in 2020, if any mouse cost more than $10 it should comes with BT capabilities and any keyboard above $20 should come with BT.
I mean seriously people are still buying thier expensive junk with their donge crap.
In 2020 how many things coming up with USB ports? All the Chromebooks, Tablets and even sleek laptops are coming with USB C max.
So BT is a must.

Better range with no interference, too, in my experience.

I advise against this one. I got one and used it for almost a year - nothing crazy, and only used it in one room - with no abuse. One day the "S" and the top number row "9" stopped working. Took it apart, cleaned it, and tried using wire to try to simulate the keys on the board - worked for every key I tried that wasn't "S" and "9".

Apparently, this is quite common and a frequent reason to RMA this.

If you need a wireless keyboard, I suggest something with a better track record.

I've had good luck with logitech in general. No experience with this model.

This is one of the few things i wouldnt buy used. They are hard to clean effectively.

I've had this keyboard for just under a year now. Mixed reviews. If you're looking for a keyboard for general office/word processing use, then it's good. Generally fast typing. Not as effortless as the K780 key movements (but that keyboard has problems of its own), but not bad. Also neat is the proximity sensor that lights up the keys when your finders or palm approach the keyboard.

The main problem I have is the battery life. It only lasts a couple of weeks before you have to recharge it. What happened to the days when keyboards and mice would last 3 years before you had to change the batteries? Thankfully, the battery compartment is accessible (you just have to remove one screw) if the battery ever goes bad -- it's just a few rechargeable AA batteries in there.

The only other issue I have is that every so often, mine at least disconnects from the Unifying receiver for no reason. This happens even though my keyboard is sitting mere inches from the Unifying receiver, with no obstructions in between.

Not a bad price for this keyboard, but since it is a refurb, anticipate that the batteries will probably need replacing.

Q: how is the return at Woot for prime? Do they charge for return shipping fee if I don't like it? Thanks

Pros:
Very quiet. Provides great feedback. Typing feels very nice. Illumination has 3 different brightness.
Cons:
Battery only lasts few weeks. No Bluetooth. A bit dated.

Great price if you are looking for an illuminated wireless keyboard.

I can affirm that this exact issue has happened on all three K800s I've owned, which is a shame because it was a fantastic membrane keyboard. I've since moved to the MX Keys and mechanicals.
