For those interested, Target is offering BOGO50% off movies. YMMV at store since not many Target stores carry movies. Target Circle works online and at stores. For online use, save offer and add 2 movies to cart for discount.
Redcard [target.com] holders get an addtional 5% off. Better deal for REDcard holders due to 5% off and free shipping.

Example 4K deals I found (prices after red card discount):
Target
Exclusive Blu-ray & 4K Movies:
If you look around $14-$15 4K movies, you'll will end up paying 2x$21, $22 after REDcard and Circle discount. Target Circle works on Blu-rays, DVDs. Some Pre-orders too and expires August 1st. Valid
one-time use in store or online
QA Note: Above examples have expired/OOS, but Circle discount still valid. See FP

Then of course there is the benefit of superior image and audio clarity that you can only get from using a physical disc, streaming almost always comes up short in this regard. Perhaps now you have a better understanding as to why people still purchase these.
For example, take Frozen II. The 4K Blu-ray has a bit rate of 78 mbps. You'll be lucky if the Disney+ version reaches 20. What this means is that you're getting almost 4x more data, translating into a sharper image, more vivid colors, etc. And that doesn't even impact audio, which is always compressed on streaming services, but is uncompressed via 4K Blu-ray. What this means is that you have a richer soundstage, better and more precise details, etc. The uncompressed audio on Frozen II is 9 mbps. You'll be lucky if the compressed stream on Disney+ reaches 1 mbps.
TLDR: if your setup is a cheap TV you got during Black Friday last year, you're fine to stream. If you have high end equipment and want to take advantage of it, it's 4K Blu-ray or bust.

Offer stacks with Target Exclusive stuff too, already on sale

Example:
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (4K UHD + Blu-ray + Digital) + Avengers Endgame (4K UHD + Blu-ray + Digital) $24.92
Not sure, but it's in Target's AD, page 13. Valid for everyone. Maybe click on the AD, go to page 13 and go from there to get your coupon. It's also one time use.

Yeah I manually added the AD and now it seems to be working. But the selection and prices aren't slick at all. Don't get me wrong, but target's prices on most 4K discs are way higher compared to other retailers. I honestly don't know why they do this to themselves!
Thank you Persian, good to see you're still posting movie deals after all these years.
