Not a fan of the non-coated attachments since you cannot put them in the dishwasher.

KitchenAid had a better deal a week or so ago. $150 off plus a coupon for $25 more off. Got mine for $234.50 shipped.

These ones are coated. The only one that you shouldn't dishwasher is the whisk because of the burnished metal at the attachment. If you do it turns dark but not ruined or anything. The rest are coated in some white polymer or paint.

From a size and extras standpoint, no. Costco is 6qt and comes with (2) additional accessories.

The Costco one is better. Has better attachments included and a more powerful motor. It is bigger though so it will take up more space.

What about power wise? For just regular family use, will the target one as powerful?

What are you planing to make with it? There is a big difference if you plan to make cakes or pizza dough.

I would go with the Costco one. It comes with the paddle mixer that has a scrapper integrated, so you do not have to stop it and scrap the sides as much. It will also give you more space in case you want to make a large batch of cookie dough. For the power either one would be fine for you. Only when you start getting into kneading dry dough do you really need the more power.
