Been watching this on camelcamelcamel for a price drop. Normally $49.99, occasional sales at ~$39.99 and very rare sales at $29.99 as it is today.
This gamepad has native support for Steam Big Picture/Steam Link. It's one of the few recommended/supported wireless controllers for my Samsung TV's Steam Link [steampowered.com].

Newer reviews say it does but a google search isn't bringing up much to confirm it.
and Direct Input mode (more of a windows type gamepad)
There is a toggle switch on the back. for that.
This is good as some older games only support direct input.
Some newer games only support XBox360 and automatically assign buttons correctly.
so you get the best of both worlds.
my compliants.:
- the controller seems to goto sleep some what fast. but if you are playing a game normally it does not impact anything and you will never notice.
I ony notice it as I play for 5 min or so to test and then put it down ad check other stuff on the computer.
- the dpad could be better. not that it is bad. and I can do all the special moves in street fighter.
- reception is not that great. it might be my noisy electoric enviroment but sometimes iit seems like there are occasional spordiac button or dpad inpput not registered.
