Dealers will only sell to customers in their state.

Go to the HM site, locate all the dealers in your state and send all of them an email with the exact configuration you want and ask for the best price.

All of them have different pricing, 1 or 2 emails will get you the best price.

I contacted the only local reseller and I'm getting quotes a good deal higher. ($100 higher and that's before taxes). Don't suppose you could provide a copy of the quote or invoice that had the breakdown you selected and the final out the door pricing?

Sorry maybe I'm misunderstanding and you're saying you were quoted at $9xx + taxes and not all conclusive.

Also, if you happen to work at a company that purchases a lot of HM product, you might want to see if there is an employee discount. For example, my quote for arms and hardwood floor casters came to $901 shipped, pretax. These are generally orchestrated through the dealer the company uses.

im also having no luck with local stores. 3 of the 5 don't even sell herman miller office chairs, only eames chairs and furniture. the other two were $1500 after the 15%. they wouldn't budge. that's in a 100+ mile radius as well.
