I picked up one of these last week for $349 and thought THAT was a good deal. My girlfriend and her mom were at HD and texted me a picture of this deal today. Gotta go get a price adjustment. Also noticed I was missing the green tip, called Simpson and they are sending out a whole new set of tips. Great company, great price.

It was this price a couple weeks ago and I ordered one then. It was delivered yesterday and I used it today. It's PLENTY powerful enough for most residential use. I used it most of this afternoon and was VERY pleased and impressed with it's performance. It's got a Honda engine which was a BIG selling point for me. Like any power equipment, take good care of it, and it will last.

Is the price on Brickseek correct in this case? I ask because it shows $399 for all stores in Chicagoland including the one in Volo IL that the OP mentioned had a display for $299.

I purchased it on 7/18 in Elk Grove Village, IL. They had an additional 7 on the shelves. They also had the 3125 for the same price of 299. They had a bunch of those. This unit seems superior due to the pump and pump warranty as both units sport the same motor. It seems like an excellent price.

BS is always YMMV on stock and price. I might just drive down to HD tomorrow for craps and giggles anyway, ain't got anything better to do in these trying times.

Picked one up at HD Chicago yesterday, $299. Lots in stock, not sure why the HD website says they are out of stock online and in-store. Green tip was missing though. I went in to pick up a Ryobi 3300 psi and saw this on sale, the Simpson came home with me!

PRO TIP: If you are going to be off the trigger for more than a minute I'd shut the machine off. You'll burn the pump up if you let it run without being on the trigger.

I bought this exact unit last Wednesday at my local Home Depot in Long Island for $299. I was wondering why when I was researching it online it was showing $399. It didn't say it was on sale but it was $100 less in store versus online. I got the last one they had in stock.

Only 2 in my area seem to have stock. And its a 30-40 min.. with HD closing at 8pm today. Will definitely check this out first thing in the morning
