Remember when you could remove discover as payment, add it back, and then you would qualify. Anything like that still going on?

I have already enrolled my card to use points on amazon and have used offer once before.

Now it shows.

Have tried removing and adding the card back and enrolling back into promotion but still shows the same.

I used to get targeted for Amex and Discover offers regularly. May be wouldn't once after 2-3 times and then again would get the offer.
But now, it's been so long that I have been getting not targeted, I don't remember last time I got the offer. Not sure what Amazon did, but feels like they banned me from these offers or something.

Anyone with similar experience? Any suggestions? Have tried deleting/adding card many times. No go Frown

Clicking the link here it says I'm not eligible but yesterday (and today), I can go into my Amazon cart that's empty and see a Discover $10 off $100+ offer and was eligible there.
