While the people here are probably in a similar boat as me I am looking for some advice. I got the 3900x the other day and plan on holding onto it for a few weeks to see more info on Zen 3. I am not seeing any info on anything like a 4900x. Would you suggest just using the 3900x I have now that I got for $389 (with cooler and AC: Valhalla) or holding out for Zen 3? The performance increase is be interested in most would be on the gaming side - not productivity as much as I'm already content with that. Thanks!
Anticipate a wait. Got mine from yesterday from the last deal. Took nearly two weeks. Had to wait on the chat window for 40 minutes just to complain and get them to ship it.

I planned on getting a 3950x and the zx570-e. The only thing I'm waiting on is the graphic card. With the new processors coming out the old ones are dropping and there's already comparisons showing how this last gen is still right there with the new.

Check Jays two cents video that came out today. You will find your answer. I would just stick with the 3900x.
