my washing machine went bad couple of days ago, so I went and visited Lowes, HD and BB

although is shows $718 on the website, is $528 in store (so for this reason BM in the title)

they have also an electric dryer in sale , not sure exact the price but in $500 - $600 range: DV42H5000EW

unfortunately the sale expires today

happy hunting!

Here are the Brickseek links for both:

Washing Machine: https://brickseek.com/lowes-inven...u=50155480
Electric Dryer: https://brickseek.com/lowes-inven...u=50141975

Coming up as $528/each for me.

I've actually been part of a few Samsung new product trials. Basically got a whole set of kitchen appliances from them at half off in return for feedback and reviews.

They look nice but they are pretty awful at times. The stove already has the paint chipping. The glass broke and the knobs turn so easily we've had the elements on without knowing. The microwave is awful. So many buttons presses to get thr same thing my GE one did in one. Also the fan seems to rub on something. The fridge is OK, but we'll see. Id stay away from them if I was paying full price.

I dug through the whirlpool/amana/maytag washer reviews and they weren't that great either.

Seems really hard to find a good washer these days.

I dont know a single person who has a front load washer who actually likes it. They like the dryers. FL washers suck.

I love mine. Less water usage. Less Drying time, and less energy consumed/heat put out by the dryer which is a double bonus in the summer.

We just failed our first front load. Lasted 9 years. Buying another one. Just have to take care of it, like any other appliance, and it works great, and uses less water/electricity.

Our original Samsung stove came with weak bad gas burner knobs. They broke off. We had to get aftermarket knobs. Everything else the stove is good
