The Samsung WF42H5000AW Energy Star 4.2 Cu. Ft. Front-Load Washer with Smart Care, in white, was designed to simplify and minimize the time you spend in your laundry room. New self-cleaning technology keeps your front load washer fresh without the use of harsh cleaning chemicals. Vibration Reduction Technology ensures this washer can be located near bedrooms and on the second floor of homes without being overly noisy - special sensors keep every load perfectly balanced, even at high spin speeds. Eight preset wash options, including delicates and active wear, combined with nine options let you customize each load of laundry exactly as needed. Additional features include child lock and door lock, Diamond drum design, a direct drive motor, and three dispenser trays (main wash, softener, bleach).

I've actually been part of a few Samsung new product trials. Basically got a whole set of kitchen appliances from them at half off in return for feedback and reviews.
They look nice but they are pretty awful at times. The stove already has the paint chipping. The glass broke and the knobs turn so easily we've had the elements on without knowing. The microwave is awful. So many buttons presses to get thr same thing my GE one did in one. Also the fan seems to rub on something. The fridge is OK, but we'll see. Id stay away from them if I was paying full price.
I dont know a single person who has a front load washer who actually likes it. They like the dryers. FL washers suck.
I love mine. Less water usage. Less Drying time, and less energy consumed/heat put out by the dryer which is a double bonus in the summer.
We just failed our first front load. Lasted 9 years. Buying another one. Just have to take care of it, like any other appliance, and it works great, and uses less water/electricity.

Our original Samsung stove came with weak bad gas burner knobs. They broke off. We had to get aftermarket knobs. Everything else the stove is good

Seems really hard to find a good washer these days.
