lol. That was my initial reaction, but it seemed too strange, so I dug a tiny bit. Apparently, Delta Faucet didn't just slap their branding onto these products that are manufactured by a third-party company; Delta Faucet actually designed and are producing these products themselves.

Source #1: Delta's official website [deltafaucetcompany.com]:

Our team started injection molding "ear savers" to test out a few designs, and a few short days later one of our manufacturing facilities in the Midwest started mass producing these to provide 100,000 to community heroes and our employees

Source #2: Indianapolis local newspaper [wthr.com] (Delta Faucet is headquartered in Indianapolis):

Delta Faucet has designed and is producing two million flexible clips called "ear savers" that connect the straps of face masks behind the head. The Carmel company is shipping them free to consumers across the country.

I tried twice. Each time I got a message about the captcha expiring. I had to fill out again, and then I got the message that something went wrong.

However, I WAS able to fill out the 'bulk' request successfully, for 7.
