To get crispy frozen pizza you put the pan in while the oven preheats. The pan won't matter as much if you do that and then add the frozen pizza to a hot pan instead of putting it all in together cold.
I have several of these. They are about the furthest thing from heavy duty as you can get. A small step up from the disposable foil pans that you buy at the grocery store.
I would avoid aluminum pizza pans. Bought a couple of 19" pans from Amazon, and was excited to use them until I noticed that just rubbing vegetable shortening (Crisco) left a grey residue on the paper towel. I can only assume that it was a result of the aluminum coming off, and since I don't want to eat aluminum, I never used the two pans I bought. I thoroughly washed and cleaned the pans, and the grey residue still comes off when I rub Crisco on the pans.

Keeping them in case I need them for some DIY projects, but definitely not using them for making pizza. Will stick to my large non stick cookie pan.

I've had no issues, pizzas are crispy, browns well, not soggy in center. But then I guess it depends on how long you like to leave them in for.
I have two different sizes. Be prepared for a huge delivery box though. laugh out loud

Will these hold up in one of those little propane pizza ovens?

Wondering the same - I'm just gonna get an 18" as it'll cover most of the frozen pizzas sizes anyways

I'd imagine so as it's just an aluminum pan. Might leave some marks on it, but as cheap as it is right now, worth using it till it goes bad anyways Smilie
