IMO for home use, it's better to use a cast iron. Multi purpose and gives you a nice crisp crust bc of it's ability to retain heat evenly. This is a good deal for the pan but it would only be useful...

I use a dusting of 50% corn meal, 50% flour. It works for me.
Wood usually releases better than metal, but metal is easier to use/clean.

Agree...actually wanted something like this as holding plates...we have a wood fired oven that gets up 900 degrees and bang out pizzas in a couple of minutes, these will work great after they come out

I would never use a pan for frozen pizzas. The crust gets crispier when just put straight in the rack or pizza stone.
Same goes for home made pizzas, but the raw dough won’t let you put a homemade...
