If you buy from them, make sure you're being lucky lately - my box arrived crumpled, customer service is a joke, not worth it IMHO.

you must be unlucky because most of SDers got their boxes in good condition.
also DHL shipping they use is awesome. they text/email you item will be delivered, and if you need specific instruction you can let them know right away.
i cannot say about their customer service tho...lol

I'm into the cars so I got the Bulgatti & Porsche both came 4 days from UK to NY and boxes were in immaculate condition, highly recommend. Too bad I'm not into the Technic trucks.

you should try this... i have bugatti chiron, porsche, lambo sian, and this and my display is awesome lol

Same happened with me. Box came in already opened and poorly packed. Customer service is opposite of helpful.

Completely agree regarding poor Zavvi shipping and customer service. Ordered both Lego Technic: Porsche 911 RSR (42096) and Lego Technic: Dodge Charger (42111) recently and both boxes arrived crushed or dented badly. The Porsche was crushed enough where all sealing labels came off. Note, both came in same shipping box type that has red plastic strip to pull off and measures around 24" x 14" x 4". This style of box has no height (4") structure support and relies on the interior Lego box to provide crush support. Just hope your shipment doesn't come in one of these boxes.

Creating a support ticket message via website went unresponsive for multiple days. Eventually, I reached out to their FB company page and got support through chat message (not live due to UK timezone differences I assume). They typically responded hours after each of my messages. The kicker was they had me prepay for return shipping (around $77 DHL Express Worldwide, USPS Priority International is slightly cheaper, but a few business days longer). Then, they kept delaying on refunding the return shipping label. They wouldn't accept the digital receipt. Eventually, after a few days of back and forth and providing digital receipt, shipping label, and my credit card transaction of shipping label payment, they finally refunded return shipping label payment. What a fluster cluck of customer service.

One positive note about shipping is that it's quick for UK international shipping since they're using DHL Express Worldwide.

I have a feeling that their customer service just play dumb trying to brush you off when you are out of patience, I bet they got away with a large percentage of customers that way, including me.

I ordered 5 lego sets but only received 4. It took me about a month to get the final item ordered. It was unbelievable. Last time I'll order from them.
