Walmart has the same price for the Pen+Gear brand 1" binder just in case you can not wait on shipping or have a Staples close by. Good deal OP, TY

I've used both the Pen + Gear is lower is not as good. The ring is the biggest difference where the Walmart is round versus this which is a D ring. The D ring is significantly better in my opinion as your papers don't get folded in the rings. The cover too on the pen + gear absorbed the ink from the front which the staples didn't. I noticed that Walmart changed suppliers however since mine were made in China and the new ones are made in the USA so the latter may not apply anymore
