4700u is 8core 8 thread. This is 8/16. 4800u will be slightly faster but lack some of the It management features (I think). Pro is really for device management/large deployments for corporations
The 4800U beats the 4750U when it comes to graphics, as it has Vega 8 graphics vs. the Vega 7 in the 4750U. Vega 8 is clocked about 10% faster (1.75 vs 1.6GHz) and has more shader and execution units, so you could see up to 20% faster graphics performance.
Unless you need corporate level security features (which most of us won't), I'd go for the 4800U over the 4750U....BUT, and a huge but is that the 4800U is almost impossible to find, at least in the US, so the 4750U is your best bet for now.
Another thing to keep in mind is that Intel's Tiger Lake low voltage CPUs (successor to 1065G7 etc.) are right around the corner, and based on leaked benchmarks, they offer significant jumps in instructions per clock performance over AMD (so AMD has to be clocked higher to match performance), and are not too far behind multi core. Also, Tiger Lake offers a big jump in graphics performance. So we may finally see some real competition to AMD's Renoir low voltage laptops soon. This is only for the 15W low voltage processors though. AMD will continue to trounce Intel when it comes to 45W parts (4800H vs 10750/10850).

As others has explained the difference, do note that there's no 4800u laptops you can buy in US right now, I believe the 4750u is the best CPU you can get on a lightweight laptop. There are 4800H/4800HS but they are for game laptop and will be in a much higher price range.
