Costco coupon starts on 8/5 for $3.40 off a 21 pack. Assuming the online pricing is the same as the store, the Costco sale price works out to 58 cents/sponge, while this deal is 62 cents/sponge or 54 cents/sponge with 5+ subscribe and save items.
Q:Anyone else have these arrive slightly damp?

Answer this question
A: All of our sponges should be damp when you open the package. A saltwater solution is added to keep them pliable and fresh in the package until they are ready to use. It is non-harmful and ready to use straight from the package. Thanks for asking!

They will sell them for $10 after $3.40 off. Samsclub's online prices are same as in-store while Costco prices are off, but they generally have the same before-sale prices in stores.

The cost will be 48 cents per sponge. Costco 21 pack sponges are individually packaged which is a plus because having them so many will last you a year.

Works out to the same per sponge as the normal pricing at a club store. Ordered a pack since I currently don't have a club membership.

I ended up having to get the updated wand set w/ like six sponges included on Amazon at retail because of this reason. Better design but still leaks a bit.

I'm thinking it has something to do with the holes on the new sponges. They are getting terrible reviews because they are meant for the advanced wand that has the press button that squirts soap out, but they fit on the old style (non advanced), but they leak terribly. It was odd that they released two different types of wands that fit the sponges interchangeably but do not work interchangeably because of the hole. The advanced one with the hole works a lot better, it would be a shame if they discontinued it.

Last one I ordered arrived with moisture inside the plastic wrapping, nothing else. Ordered a replacement and got the same thing. I have no idea why they were like that but they obviously could not be used. Such a bummer.

Pro tip: Cut your sponges in half.

Benefits: Lasts twice as long. Dries faster = less germs. Cleans more efficiently because you can apply better force over a smaller piece instead of a full size.

Save the environment while saving money.

Am I the only one that's noticed they've gotten thinner within the past ~year? I thought I might have gotten some counterfeit ones or something, then I read reviews of others claiming the same thing. I just bought the 21 pack from Costco last week and they're even thinner!!
