Spend $100 minimum in one or more transactions at https://www.Dell.com/amexplat (where eligible category of purchases are defined), get ONE TIME $100 statement credit back.

** I can only assume this is a mechanism by AMEX to deter peeps from keeping then, returning the products (?)
Caveats:
1. Targeted AMEX Plat members

Yes, it took at least a week for me to appear. Even after I chatted with them and they confirmed the credit was applied, it took a few days to physically show up.
In this case, we can raise this with the DELL team for the credit issuance because if you have made the charge in Jan and DELL shipping is late, then we review the investigation for credit issuance
We suggest you to please wait and let the rest of the charges post on the account and once all charges for $100 + will post, we will raise this further for the credit issuance

Mines sitting in that state at the moment. Pretty irritated that nowhere in the terms does it say the charge has to post by 1/31, just says make a purchase by then. Plus I got the confirmation email on the offer before the 1st. Hope they do right on this one...

Chat agent said they've been having issues with credits.
My PayPal transaction of $99 doesn't have an Amex plat credit for the month either. And I don't have a credit for a delivered to home $100 Best Buy Amex offer either. Up until these 3 I've been getting timely credits within a few days for about 3 years.
I had a wineinsiders offer a couple of months back. I remember that one taking a long time as well vs the others. I don't understand why credits have to be so untimely. They should either make the Amex offers very simple or not do them, if their systems can't handle it.
