Per website, "This card product is available to you if you do not have this card and have not received a new Cardmember bonus for this card in the past 24 months."

All pricing and terms on offer page as well.

60k Offer ended back in April of this year and since then it's been a 40k mile offer.

Claims to be limited-time offer until 9/30/20.

This new offer seems to be the best offer in a while in terms of $ spent for miles earned especially compared to the standard 40k mile offer.

Also, for anyone who wants to earn an extra 2500 miles on top of it to make the deal sweeter.

Go to: Unitedexplorercard.com/60kinflight and enter UAC34X under the Promotional Code box on application page.

Verbage from inflight application I got: "Exclusive 2,500 bonus miles offer. When applying online, use the promotional code in the yellow box on the enclosed application to receive an extra 2,500 miles after account approval. If there's no promotional code on the application, please ask for flight attendant for one."

That's an inflight offer I received the spiel about, but since applications aren't being physically accepted during flights due to Covid, this is the other route to get the offer. Previous inflight offer was 50k miles so this is definitely the better deal. If all conditions are met it will end up being potentially 60,000 + 2,500 miles. Hope it helps anyone who was on the fence to apply.

Cheers!

No, card number isn't instant, and Chase doesn't expedite co-branded cards (even if it could hypothetically get to you by tomorrow).

Unlikely. However it is worth having the free mileageplus account so your miles and spending is tracked. When my brother applied he got the card in a week. You can enter your existing or new mileageplus account when applying for the card on the application page (next to promotion code box)

My experience in January was about 32 days later from date of approved application. That's just for the 2500 miles bonus. The remaining 60k needs the full spend requirement. the 2500 miles bonus did not. I'd suggest start using it right away and if you have a mileageplus account you can see as the miles get added.

Sometimes they have a credit signup option but in this case it's just miles. the Miles once earned can be used to buy gift cards etc through the portal but it's not the best bang for you mile. However, it is an option if you just want to cash it out in way via GC.

Just a heads up for anyone interested, September 30th is the last day to get this 60k plus 2.5k offer. It will probably go down to 50k or the usual 40k miles after that. Just a friendly reminder. Cheers!
