Bought it at day 1 with $538. The the price dropped to $429. I asked a price match. It looks I have a ask another price match today.

How is it? I couldn't find much info about the panel, but some digging seemed to indicate it's the same panel as some slightly older LGs, and nothing "new" or "better". I have no verification of this, but some hands-on insight would be great. May end up passing if it's basically just a refresh. Mostly curious if the HDR actually works well and if there's any major IPS glow.

This is my first gaming monitor. Compared to my current monitor U3415W, the color of S2721DGF is pretty good. Watching HDR video on YouTube is much better.
