FYI - I've had a bad experience buying directly from WD. If you ever need to exchange, they will offer refurb for your new defective ssd. Returns are major headache and your 30 days return window starts from the order date (not the delivered date) according to WD's CS. If you succeed in getting the RMA after wasting hours on the phone/chat, you'll need to drop the package at UPS store in this pandemic.. no UPS pick up offered. Good Luck!

i'm guessing the extra 10% off is for first time customers as I see $309.99 even on the final page of checkout after login.

The only thing is that sale tax kills this deal. Roughly 10% of sale tax will bring this back to $309. Sigh.

Maybe B&H will price match

True, but at 5.6%(only state tax, not local tax), which I can live with. BH and Newegg does collect sale tax in my state.

WD charges full sale tax (almost 10%) in my location. So does NZXT.

I did rep and thumb up for the OP's nice find.

BH price matched Amazon this morning. I doubt BH will match this price sitewise (with 10% coupon) since the listed price is still 309.

5% cashback if you pay via paypal and use discover card this quarter. Also some cashback website has 5% so that should bring it back to 278ish even if you are in expensive tax states like CA.

Yeah the 10% off is not advertised anywhere.
