Probably because the nonsense that this matters has been debunked exhaustively in the last 9,783 LG TV threads.
The actual warranty doesn't care if the dealer is "authorized" or not- you can tell by reading it.
One other thing that hasn't been mentioned that makes the LG CX an improvement over the LG C9 is that the CX has 120hz BFI vs the C9 which only has 60hz BFI. That is most beneficial for those that watch sports. And for those that point out that the C9 has the full bandwidth of 48Gbps vs the 40Gbps on the CX, the C9 will never use the full 48Gbps because it's only a 10 bit panel, as is the CX's panel. It will only ever use a max of 40Gbps. LG has claimed that going down to the 40Gbps allowed them to put more emphasis towards processing power. That part can be up for debate.

Not to say that LG definitely wont help if you buy from Newegg, but that was just what they told me. Goodluck everyone.

Have you ever even met anyone who uses WISA? I sure haven't.
Literally the only time I even see it mentioned is people pointing out the warehouse club version of the LG sets don't support it.... but if you actually DO know someone who uses it I'd be curious what they use it for?
Also- do you have an actual from-LG source on the no WISA thing? I've seen it repeated for years but the only source anyone ever gives is one 3rd party website that claims the warehouse version lacks the feature (or forum threads where people repeat that source)- but LGs website does not appear tosay that at all when I've looked.

They've been posted hundreds of times in previous threads confirming the warranty does not care who you buy from.
It never settles anything though because nobody reads previous threads, or apparently remembers their content.
If they did we wouldn't have to keep repeating this stuff.
You can also ask to read a copy in any store that sells the TV- they're required by law to provide a copy for you to read prior to purchasing anything (to address anybody worried whatever has been posted here is an "old" version)
