This is bulk packaging at above smaller pack pricing even by today's standards.

At least 20% less on sale. These are huge rolls though. Look at my post below yours. Basically the Sam's regular price if they carried this would be around $31.60

If you can I'd suggest switching to cloth towels for most clean ups. And use paper towels for the really dirty jobs like raw food spillage.
We switched a year and a half ago and instead of using a roll of paper towels every 2-3 days a roll now lasts a week to 2 weeks.
I bought microfiber cloths from Harbor freight when they have the coupon for a 4 pack for $1. I use it to clean the counters or clean up spills. Rinse them out in the sink and then wash them in the washing machine.
I also use larger hand towels for drying hands after washing dishes or anything like that.
And cloth napkins for paper napkin replacements.
It's helped cut costs on paper towels. Just a suggestion
