Keep in mind Costco uses tapioca starch which is basically fake fiber and apparently at the years end they will have to change the recipe or show them as carbs based on new fda guidelines. I hope they go to almond flour.

Bought Quest bars from these guys many times. Never had issues, but if you do, Johnny's right: microwave for a few seconds and you're good to go.

But eating slightly hot protein bars is gross... Costco's Kirkland protein bars has a serious QA issue where one of the flavors in their dual 20 pack is always rock hard and the other is soft and chewy. Hate microwaving.

Keep in mind Costco uses tapioca starch which is basically fake fiber and apparently at the years end they will have to change the recipe or show them as carbs based on new fda guidelines. I hope they go to almond flour.
