It's Lorel
It will, but you need a clamp or to drill holes for the bolts. I went with clamps, the cheapest I found were the brand Julius Studio C-clamps 2-pack (having trouble adding link right now).
You may need to cut the bolt Lorell provides to be a little bit shorter, but it will thread right into the c-clamps and provide a strong/stable mount. I have been using it for months, heavy use of the headrest, no issues.
