Don't believe his lies.
It's amazing how he utilizes the simple things we take for granted (sleep, memory, and dreaming) to create compelling plots like Insomnia, Memento, and Inception. Brilliant!

On a Windows PC open the Microsoft Store app and sign out of your Microsoft account. Go to the MA movie you want to purchase, make sure you select UHD and click buy. As soon as you do you will be asked to sign in with your Microsoft account , sign in and complete the purchase. It may still show as HD on the Microsoft store app but if you go to your MA account you can see it has been upgraded to 4K.
But like I said, do it at your own risk .

Paid with a GC, and I had an open ticket after discussing with Microsoft support earlier (they owe me a follow up) so figured risk was low but seems to have worked.
Thanks!
