I'm using these pans right now to make chicken and the chicken for sure didn't stick. but I used oil as well. I've never had anything stick hard to enameled cookware unless burnt on.

You would not believe how they packaged this thing. Only has some thin plastic wrap. And they ship with fedex, so you can imagine how the pan will be chipped and cracked when they arrive.

Yeah we were surprised at it too. My wife thought the neighbor put it in a shopping bag. But my pans were in fine condition though. No chips.

BUYER BEWARE: they ship this without any box or protective packaging. They shrink wrap it and send through mail. My blue one arrived chipped all over handles

Mine came chipped on the handle, they auto approved a refund and let me keep the item. Agreed, the packaging was very poor on this.

Ordered it for $20, received a few days ago. Both pans arrived with heavily chipped handles, either manufacturing defects or poor packaging (or both.) Not recommended. Ok for car camping I guess.
