Thanks OP! This saved me $50 from an order I had placed earlier today using a smaller discount.

The samsung website can be a little tricky so if you don't get the discount the first time, clear the cart, log out and use incognito mode.

Love mine so far after a few months. Does anyone who has this, notice a short battery life? Not sure if there is an issue with mine or not, but the battery life is shorter than the heavily used tab s2 I replaced. I don't keep the pen with it in case it uses battery constantly charging the pen, but that didn't seem to help.

With a sweet OLED screen and that snappy snapdragon processor, this thing is a power hungry beast Smilie How many hours do you get out of a charge if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks for posting. For anyone in the know I have a quick question. I have an Ipad Air 2 32gb. Still works great but I've been wanting to swap to an Android tablet. I was thinking of the S6 or the S6 Lite. Both seem like a solid deal with the student discount. Out of the 3 devices the screen seems best on S6 followed by Ipad Air 2, then S6 Lite. Both Samsung devices are faster than the Air 2. I don't know much about tablets - is it considered an upgrade if I purchase the S6 or the S6 Lite? Even if the Lite has a worse screen? Not to change the subject here but it's sorta on topic and I don't know who to ask. Thanks!

I have a Tab S6 (256gb) and a bunch of random tablets and phones - both android and apple. If you're looking for the best tablet experience, iPad Pro is the best, hands down. The 2020 version is a bit more than this, but the 2018 is also incredible and around this price on sale or second hand. Tab S6 is fine, but anytime i'm using a tablet, i go to the iPad.

This is still a fantastic deal if going for an android tablet. Dex is neat, but haven't really found much of a use for it. Also, Linux on Dex doesn't work on the S6 for those that know / care about that. TU!
