Saw this at my local Costco (Houston, TX)
Costco Warehouse has the Logitech Performance Plus mouse for $17.99+tax.
Regular price: $27.99 - $10 instant rebate. I believe in-store only so YMMV.
The back of the mouse shows "m705" so I believe it's the same version as the Logitech m705.

Do note that Logitech changed the design of these so that it uses a lower quality sensor and the thumb "hidden" button has been removed. Battery life is still stupendous at 2 years though.

Agree, not fantastic for gaming but I find it very usable for the majority of my work which is mostly programming and some graphics (photoshop, illustrator, etc..).
