Bought this last time it was on sale and for the price it is not bad. I use it in my car but don't leave it inside since it's pretty hot right now and don't want to mess up the battery.

According to the reviews the battery sucks (last only 20-30 min max), might just be best to have it connected at all times then

I have something similar and the battery is maybe an hour or two. So basically leave it plugged into the 12v plug in. But if your gonna do that. Might as well get a Bluetooth FM 12v receiver.

But it can come in handy it can make other inputs have Bluetooth really easily

There are other brands offer the same thing at similar price range with longer battery life. I bought one from urlhasbeenblocked, range is good, battery lasts about 5-6 hrs usage. Tested 30' away still connected to my computer. Paid around $13

Just bought 5 didf brands / models of these all around $15 + most less with coupon codes, to test with some amplified soeakers i bought. None are anker tho so curious if anyine tried this one howd they make out?

Does seem like most are made in same factory with like materials and designs / styles and maybe very minor operarional and physical nuances. Could be wrong tho...

Unfortunately many seem plagued with cutting out / "skipping" and slow playback speed / delay (slows down the songs tempo or bpm ever so slightly..)

All are cute and tiny tho ...too bad the 2017 aluratek BT 2.0 (msybe 3.x at best) sounds the best so far and no drops/skips...

Def curious about the anker tho...

Has anyone come across something like this that is built in to a DC 12v plug? I would love one like a FM transmitter but has an Aux Out port.

I ordered but just cancelled after seeing the Taotronics version with many, many more reviews and a high rating (plus, I own a few of their products and am happy with them for the price) for about same price.

Any thoughts on what key differences are? Am I missing something going with the Taotronics?

I have an older version of this TaoTronics receiver: https://smile.amazon.com/Bluetoot...B086PBSPT9

The battery life is so long I don't really know what it is. It has buttons to step to the previous or next song. The metal plug is just a removable male-male extension. I attached a clip to it so I can clip it on my belt and use it to turn normal headphones into Bluetooth. It think it's worth a dollar for a good brand.

Aux is streets ahead of FM in terms of sound quality.
