Deal only works from app now, not on target.com.
On main page, change pickup store to Florence, AL.
Add milk for pickup. Don't change store on this page.
and final checkout page, before you pay. change store to your local store.

Please don't abuse this, as it ruins for everyone. LOT of gas station owners abuse this and clean out all Target Milks and then resell for $4 in their store; Bottom barrel leech- doing community a disservice
switch to my local store. still at $1.49. looked good. however,
got to the final step "place order", then the same "price changed" msg appeared. have you finalized the order or just stopped there?
