I can't speak to that website or the price I paid previously (don't remember), but I've never found anything better for heating up leftovers. So much better than the microwave when you use the steam setting. Also makes the moistest chicken ever.
CR rated this very well. Brevilles secured the top 4 spots, however, this received a "Recommended" rating and was listed as having "No Discernible Flaws." I will note, however, the model they rated was the CSO-300N, so not sure what the "N" represents. Also, one other thing I noticed is that this has an excellent 3 year warranties. Most Brevilles only come with a one year warranty, with their most expensive model having a 2 year warranty. So, a 3 year warranty is quite generous. Also, when CR tested this model, they listed the Tested Price @ $310.
The site's Specs area says this oven uses 1875 watts.

Do these machines use a lot of electricity to work?

That would be the maximum amount; i.e. when all elements and the fan are on. Once it reaches the desired temperature they will be cycling on and off, so the effective total power is significantly lower.

would you say this is still worth getting if i have the toa60 airfryer toaster oven? it also works by convection...but no steam.

probably not...but does this replace a stove-top steamer?

This is the best price I've ever seen! Costco used to sell these for $199 on sale and I bought it for $249 and now can't find this anywhere, so $139 is a steal! It works fantasically! My husband loves to use the steamer a lot, so convenient and oven is fantastic too! Don't miss this deal!

I have this and the Breville air fryer oven. Both get used several times a week. My large convection oven rarely gets used

This model has been discontinued! I love it so much I ordered a backup. Which means the one I own will probably last for another 20 years 😂

We use this just about everyday. Toasting, steam broiling fish, Steam ovens are the best, going in 4 years now in our home... but it looks like they discontinued this model/ line entirely. This is a steal. I hope there will be a solution around and still available if mine ever fails. Toasting old baguettes on steam bake (and after you slightly moisten the crust with water) will bring that sucker back to life. We reheat Most leftovers on steam bake at 300F, lol and slow, and it will come back to life.

you can even fit an entire disposable catering aluminum deep half pan (400 half pan) in this thing when you bend the edges.

fish sticks, nuggets, roasting fresh veggies, we use this thing all the time, and best of all, we hardly need
to turn on the big oven!
