XPS build quality is another level imo, may be I am wrong.
Power supply is also 460watt , with refurb which is like new its less than $700 with coupons usually.

I bought some 10 plus xps laptops and desktops for a small business and home office

Compare to the previous Costco HP Omen deal. That was a Ryzen 7 360X for $1099. I think it had a Radeon RX 5700, 16gb ram and the same drives.
The CPU's are about the same. The RX5700 is a bit higher end than the 1660S (it costs $340 vs this one costs $240)
That case was nicer and it had a 500watt PS, but this GPU draws 60W less power. This costs $99 less and has 16gb more ram.
I wouldnt get this if you thought you were upgrading the GPU. You would need to upgrade the PS also.
