Nope, the max is 4GB RAM that is soldered on. Can't upgrade ram at all.

There is no additional slot, the supplied ram is soldered on as well. Your stuck with what it comes with.

I respectfully disagree. While 4 GB of RAM is definitely a bit lite in 2020, it will do a decent job at basic tasks. It will run Office apps with multiple browser tabs open at the same time just fine. For $379, it's good deal considering you are getting decent brand 2 in 1.
